工(gong)作原理
多參(can)數(shu)水質(zhi)分析儀主(zhu)要采(cai)用離(li)子選擇電(dian)(dian)(dian)極測(ce)(ce)量法來(lai)實現精(jing)確檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)的(de)。儀器上的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極:PH、氟、鈉、鉀、鈣(gai)、鎂、和參(can)比電(dian)(dian)(dian)極。每(mei)個(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極都有一離(li)子選擇膜(mo),會與(yu)被測(ce)(ce)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)本(ben)中相應(ying)的(de)離(li)子產生(sheng)反(fan)應(ying),膜(mo)是一離(li)子交換器,與(yu)離(li)子電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)發(fa)生(sheng)反(fan)應(ying)而改變(bian)了膜(mo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi),就(jiu)可檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)液(ye),樣(yang)(yang)(yang)本(ben)和膜(mo)間的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)。膜(mo)兩(liang)邊(bian)被檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)的(de)兩(liang)個(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)差(cha)值會產生(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),樣(yang)(yang)(yang)本(ben),參(can)考電(dian)(dian)(dian)極,參(can)考電(dian)(dian)(dian)極液(ye)構成"回路"一邊(bian),膜(mo),內部電(dian)(dian)(dian)極液(ye),內部電(dian)(dian)(dian)極為另一邊(bian)。
內部(bu)電(dian)極(ji)液和樣本(ben)間(jian)的離(li)子(zi)濃度差會(hui)在工(gong)作電(dian)極(ji)的膜兩(liang)邊產生電(dian)化學(xue)電(dian)壓,電(dian)壓通過(guo)高(gao)傳(chuan)導性的內部(bu)電(dian)極(ji)引(yin)到到放大器,參考(kao)電(dian)極(ji)同樣引(yin)到放大器的地點。通過(guo)檢測一個精確的已(yi)知離(li)子(zi)濃度的標(biao)準(zhun)溶液獲得定標(biao)曲線,從而檢測樣本(ben)中的離(li)子(zi)濃度。
溶液中被測離子接(jie)觸電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)時(shi),在離子選擇電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)基質的(de)含水層(ceng)內發生離子遷(qian)移。遷(qian)移的(de)離子的(de)電(dian)(dian)荷改變存(cun)在著電(dian)(dian)勢,因而使膜面間的(de)電(dian)(dian)位發生變化,在測量電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)與參比電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)間產生一個電(dian)(dian)位差。
